The Town Hall is available for hire for all sorts of things including community events, meetings, courses, training sessions, workshops, fairs and sales, parties, gigs, talks and presentations.
It is also a fully licensed wedding and naming ceremony venue.
The Town Hall can be accessed by people with disabilities.
Following the renovation in 2013, the Town Hall is a venue steeped in history and heritage
with modern equipment and facilities to meet your 21st Century needs. We have drinks making facilities in each room and kitchen facilities for food preparation if required. Each room has data points and audio visual equipment to meet your needs. The building is fully accessible.
The Town Hall can be made available 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
We offer a tailor made booking service.
There are two spaces for hire – the Market Hall and the Council Chamber.
