‘Imaginings’ by Moor Hall Artists

Founded in 2008 by Bobby Britnell, Moor Art students continue to work with enthusiasm and enjoyment. During full day sessions, they embrace a wide variety of techniques and processes all from Bobby’s own extensive experience in art and design. Still-life’s, collaborative projects, abstraction, collage, using oils, acrylics, gouache, and dry media, are consideration given to different projects. Artist research cements the experiences and helps grow their understanding. Art sessions are all about learning and having fun and this is what this exhibition ‘Imaginings’ hopes to encompass.

Bobby Britnell

Bobby’s roots lie in theatre costume and tailoring and later as a secondary school teacher. Since moving to Shropshire in 1984, she has worked as a free-lance artist and in teaching textiles and art to all ages and levels up to BA degree students. Her own work as an artist holds as much relevance, as her work as a teacher, both go hand in hand.

Bobby will be having her own solo exhibition in the Town Hall later in the year.
