Based on the Italian romance, Orlando Furioso 500 years ago, but as edgy and modern as if it was written this morning. A mixture of knock about clowning and heart breaking tragedy, it covers subjects important to the court ladies of 16th century Ferrara: terrorism, immigration, weapons of mass destruction and the perfect recipe for fish pie. But most of all it talks about how to be a woman and wield power.
Doors open at 7.30pm – tea, beer and homemade cake available.
